Dr. Jochen performed cosmetic eye surgery on my eyes. It has been three years and my eyes still look great. He removed the excess skin on my eye lids and the fat pads under my eyes. I am sixty- three, but most people think I am fifty. His bed-side manner was fantastic. I chose not to have anesthesia . We had a conversation while he operated. He and his staff made me feel so at ease. If I didn't live in Canada I would be considering another procedure. Maybe when Covid isn't so scary! Thank you Dr. Jochen

Dr Jochen was recommended by a friend for his surgical skill. However, he was late for my medical appointment and brought in a bunch of strangers without asking permission while I sat in a flimsy hospital gown. I hadn't been asked if I would allow myself to be a teaching example and it wasn't comfortable. Jochen did a very cursory melanoma scan and didn't seem to care about the impression he made. I won't be going back.

made this appointment with Dr Jochen at Contour Dermatology several months in advance for 11:30 am on Oct 7th. I arrived at 11:15 am allowing extra time for any paperwork. The two staff people checking in patients were clearly overwhelmed by the sheer number of people arriving for their appointments. I waited in a line of 6. When I did check in not a word was said about running behind. I was called by a staff member 40 minutes past my appointment time.
He took facial photos and then began discussing my options even before meeting either Dr Jochen or his assistant. I was then placed in a room and after another 10 minutes of additional waiting I left. Running behind schedule is inevitable but not telling a new patient what to expect as to wait time is bad office management. I believe the staff here is overworked and overbooked. I made my appointment to see Dr Jochen and when I left almost an hour past my appointment time I got the feeling I was never going to see him that day any way.

I am a new patient here. My review is more concerning the staff than Dr. Jochen. I really like him and I have confidence in him...HOWEVER and this is the issue, some of the office staff and assistants there to administer follow up as well as appointments etc.. need improvement. Unfortunately they have made my recent follow-ups, aftercare for surgery etc...not only confusing but very stressful. The attitude isn't good and neither is the education and care needed so that the patient can feel taken care of. I was given major misinformation from more than one of the staff following surgery I had. Also a lack of information. This was very upsetting when I had skin cancer and needed info so I could do my aftercare properly. Since that time I have had an awful experience at the laser center as well as a new spot of skin cancer I need looked at. Unfortunately the staff acts like it is no big deal and they tell me well you can't see him until July!! JULY! Tried to push me off on an NP. NOT okay

I can’t tell you how impressed I was by the staff and Dr. Jochen. I had a very bad experience with a doctor 18 years ago and he ruined my skin he was suppose to do a laser resurfacing but he claimed it broke and he woke me up and I gave him permission to do a chemical peel where he left indents all over my face and I didn’t want to ever leave my house it was that bad!! From the moment I got to there office I felt so comfortable and safe with him and the staff!! My lips look amazing and I can’t wait for my laser resurfacing tomorrow. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever. Thank u Dr. Jochen.

I had CO2 Laser 12 days ago with Dr Jochen, he and his staff were very professional and paid attention to every aspect of this procedure. They made me feel very comfortable. I was a little apprehensive about having this done but talking to a couple people I knew that had this procedure said they were so happy with results. They did look great! He made me feel comfortable especially with the topical lidocaine and injections. No pain. I followed my instructions and things went smooth ??Patients ??

I recently had treatment at Contour Dermatology, and I felt well taken care of. Everyone was very kind and efficiant. I usually don't like to mention what procedures I've had because it is a big secret LOL. I just feel like I have to say the Resolve totally took me by surprise. I loved it, and already scheudled my next appointment.

I recently had a skin check with Dr. Jochen. It was a wonderful and easy experience. I was very pleased to find out that my skin was clear of any cancers! He spent a lot of time with me, even though I knew he was having a busy day. He answered all of my question. His staff is also very nice and friendly.

I went to Dr Jochen'soffice for consultation , paid $100.00 to speak to the doctor.
I never met the Dr Jochen, had an office manger go over all the details I wanted.
The office manger gave me the costs and that was it for $100.00
Never saw the doctor, usually a consultation that you pay you get to meet the doctor and discuss
what your thinking of doing. Very disappointed.

Showed up for my appointment today and was told they no longer took my insurance, as of two MONTHS ago. Why didn't someone tell me this when I made my appointment? I traveled a long way to make this appointment; so this is unacceptable by any reasonable measure. NOT RECOMMENDED.
