Rude and condescending
I found Dr. Timothy Johnson to be extremely rude, condescending and was very dismissive/seemed to be in a rush, almost like we were bothering him when asking a question about my daughter’s injury. He offered no treatment plan and showed no care at all for the pain my daughter was experiencing. Huge disappointment and we’ve decided to transfer our care to another practitioner.

Repaired Torn Rotator Cuff
Dr. Johnson performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. The 15+ year old injury had progressively worsened to where I could not workout at all. Following the surgery and physical therapy, I feel that my shoulder is stronger than ever. Thank you Dr. Johnson!

I have been seeing Dr. Timothy Johnson for a very long time, for the most part I have been happy with him. However, today my experience was not great! I felt that he just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I feel that he doesn't listen to your concerns and relies only on X-ray without further testing. Even though I have been seeing him for years, today he treated as if he didn't know me, which is the same experience I get every time I go to his office when signing in. Every time I go there, they make me fill out pages and pages about my personal information, my medical history going back years, insurance information even though nothing has changed, as if it is my first time there, it doesn't matter that I was there 7 months ago. Today was my last visit to his office, I will be looking for a new orthopedic doctor.

I received a second opinion about a PRP injection in my knee by Dr. Timothy Johnson. I had paid his office $475 and was ready to receive the procedure. He conducted a thorough evaluation and determined it would be better for me to do physical therapy. He put his medical advise in front of ‘Making Money’ and refunded me the entire amount! I could not believe it. A class act professional doctor who has also done work on my shoulder. Yale and Cornell grad who is an expert in his profession.

Dr. Johnson is an excellent con man. He is able to make you feel safe and secure when in his office. He'll keep a calm voice and reassure you everything will go well. His staff is professional and everything seems like it's on the up and up. However, I received two shoulder surgeries from him on the same shoulder, the second of which was correcting the first one. He was late to the surgery by about 45 minutes. My shoulder still keeps me from doing many things and hurts daily.

I agree with another review. He is caring, compassionate and the most loving surgeon/doctor I have ever encountered in my 69 years of living. He was gentle even when he had to cause me pain to examine me for my injury.
