Disappointed
You can’t get an appointment for 6 months. It doesn’t matter if he wants to see you sooner. His staff is rude and won’t give you a sooner appointment. No sick appointments, No call list. Staff is Rude.

Uesless
He came into the examine room, and he sat down at his table. That was the extent of my exam. He Never listened to my heart or lungs, he did Nothing except BILL for checking my heart, listing to my lungs, checking for water retention. And a lot more. I have heart problems, asthma, etc yet he put in my record that I was in perfect health. I tried to straiten things out with his staff I was told by the nurse she didn't have time to help me. The story goes on and on!! You can't get an appointment for at least six months, no matter what the doctor says or how sick you are.

Dr Knox has been my primary dr for five years now and I am extremely pleased. He is very patient, informative, and easy to talk to. I appreciate all he has done. My experience with him is by far the best I have had compared to other dr's.

Dr. Knox was my primary physician for years. I became very ill and tried to make an appointment with him. I was told I had been dropped because I had not seen him often enough. No warning. The person I talked to was rude and uncaring. They did nothing to help me. I was forced to find another doctor.

Dr. Knox treats my mom who is in her 80's with many chronic problems. Each visit he spends up to 45 minutes with her and me. He answers all of our questions and does not rush us out of the room- something very hard to find these days. He treats my mom like she is his own family. She has been going to him for over 20 years and I could not be more pleased with his service. I recommend him to anyone. Hope he never retires!!!
