Awful
My second time there he came in the room acting like I had never been there before. Told me that I didn’t have a rotator cuff tear when I in fact do. Used cuss words before leaving the word which was not professional in anyway. After leaving my room he went straight into another shoulder room but still didn’t admit that he had went into the wrong room. He was in my room for 6 minutes total and told me things completely different from my first visit. He was rushed. That’s how mistakes happen. I would not recommend this doctor. Bedside manner is not good at all. Maybe if you are a young athlete you might receive good care from this doctor. Otherwise I wouldn’t trust him.

Dr. Kremchek is my #1 choice
DR. Kremchek has repaired my right knee after a torn meniscus, reattached all three right leg hamstrings to my pelvic bone, reattached my right bicep and rotator cuff, relocated my left bicep and repaired that rotator cuff and will soon repair my torn left knee meniscus. He has trained under the best and teaches fellows regularly to pass on those skills. You can initiate any conversations with him, medical or otherwise. He makes you feel at ease and fully explains injuries and their treatments. He has also donated some of his time, giving back to those less fortunate and works with dozens of local high schools and colleges. Check out his bio, it’s that and so much more! Patients need to understand therapy is as important as surgical repairs and Beacon not only has some of the best doctors, but some of the best physical therapist around, especially Tim EIser and his entire staff at Beacon West. I highly recommend Dr. Kremchek and Beacons therapist.

Double charged
Had elective arthroscopic shoulder procedure done. I had stressed that I needed to know how much the procedure was going to cost, as that would determine if I went through with it. I ended up being charged almost double what I was quoted, as a second code was added to the price after I had been quoted less than a week prior to surgery. No complications reported to me afterwards about the procedure. With that being said, the procedure itself was successful in repairing my labrum, and the PT staff was great.

Dr Kremchek performed Tommy John surgery on my sons elbow many years ago allowing him to complete his college baseball career with honors. He later repaired his ACL allowing my son to continue playing adult baseball. Six years ago he did a total knee replacement surgery on my wife with a great outcome and just a few weeks ago did a total knee replacement surgery on me that is going very well. He is skilled, professional and my entire family has benefited from his excellent care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Timothy Kremchek operated on both shoulders of my husband and done a wonderful job. He has had absolutely no pain or problems since. That was about 7 years ago. I highly recommend this man and his wonderful staff.

I chose Dr. Kremchek to repair my son's UCL based on his excellent success rate with professional pitchers. We would have gone anywhere, and did travel to have Dr. Kremchek do the surgery. Dr. Kremchek had an excellent manner, and we enjoyed him as a person. What I didn't anticipate was a Kremchek trained referral to a physician in our area for follow up appointments and a PT from his staff to help facilitate my son's PT at home. He has a very specific protocol and did everything in his power to ensure my son's return to pitching. I can't sing enough praises for Dr. Kremchek and his staff.

Simply put, he's rude and assumes that you don't have any questions after the exam. I'll find somewhere else to take my money!

He was rude and belligerent when I went back for my post op apt after shoulder surgery. we not progressing according to the expected timeline and he seemed to blame me without answering any of my questions. he hustled out of the room without so much as interacting with me once he found out I wasn't progressing. So frustrating!

I would never recommend sending anyone I know to Dr Kremchek. He misdiagnosed me and gave me an arthroscopic surgery on my knee I didn’t need. He is not well rounded as an orthopedist so if you don’t have an injury he doesn’t know how to diagnose you. After going somewhere else I finally got the right diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Kremcheck is extremely intelligent and reputable, however, I felt like he didn’t listen to what my symptoms were but rather just went straight for the MRI, even though I was still symptomatic. I went to his office three different times and still didn’t understand what he was saying was wrong with my arm. Every time I would try to talk, he would talk over me. I’m thankful that he referred me to one of his colleagues who listened to my exact symptoms and gave me a diagnosis.

There is nobody better than Dr. Kremchek at tommy john surgery. No one in the country. He fixed me son's arm as well as three other pitchers in the minors that we personally know. The surgery is faster (less wait time to be seen and repaired) and the recoveries I've seen these guys make are incredible. Hopefully my son's surgery holds up for a long time. We're glad we chose Dr. Kremchek!

Dr Kremcheck and his whole staff is phenomenal . We drove from North Huntingdon PA for my sons shoulder surgery in February and we are extremely glad we did and we would do it again. We also drove back to for all of his 6 weeks check up. Dr Kremchek , all of his PA's , physical therapist. nurses and the receptionist and anyone who i may have missed are all second to none and other doctors and medical facilities should take note on the care and the experience he provides his patients. Dr. Kremchek took his time explaining all the procedures that needed to be done before and following my knee surgery. I was told that it will take time for recovery. Well, after two months of wearing a knee brace and the swelling to recede, I'm happy to say that every day my knee is getting better. In fact, my knee hasn't felt this good in a long time. I am so grateful that I got received the services of Dr. Kremchek. He the best in the biz. Thanks Tim!!!

This is the second shoulder procedure that Dr Kremchek performed on me. I am thankful for his expertise and his ability to allow me a better quality of life with minimal pain. I appreciate his straight forwardness and his time with me. I was very well informed and he took time to answer all of my questions. I have two knee procedures on the horizon and Dr Kremchek will be the only one who I will use to take care of my orthopedic issues.
