best neurosurgeon ever
Dr Lucus performed cervical surgery on my anterior and posterior spinal fusion. This man saved my life and knows his stuff. Hes the best, caring, calm, confident. Use him hes awesome.

Utmost professional, he explains your diagnosis and treatment in a way that is easily understandable. He includes you in the decision making process. Excellent surgeon. He was able to perform a total resection of my tumor. I am two weeks out from surgery and I can already walk a mile and a half daily. His staff and nurse practitioner Elizabeth are always available for questions and get back to you quickly with answers. We are very happy with our experience with Dr Lucas and would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Lucas is excellent ! He has done two Brian surgeries for me (Epilepsy) and I walked in with stress, he is an all around great and calm guy, him and his office staff do a great job with making you comfortable, Dr. Lucas does a great job with explaining everything in and out and will not leave you with questions before walking into any surgery, I wouldn’t want anyone else !

I highly recommend Dr. Lucas and his Penn Neurosurgery staff. He is knowledgeable, explains complicated procedures thoroughly, is calm, a genuinely nice person, patient, and puts a person at ease especially when a major, complicated surgery is in the cards. Highly admirable. An excellent practitioner.
