Dr. Mess was a nice guy but he will order a whole boatload of diagnostic tests that your insurance may or may not pay for, before he will work with you. My insurance told me that they would not cover any of them, I'd have to pay literally thousands of dollars for them all. I ended up going to another clinic that actually did them all for free because I had a rotten policy at that time. The fee to see him in his office was a whopping $250.00 for a session at which literally nothing was accomplished. Given that my insurance wasn't going to pay them for the visits and I'm not rich, they could've cut the fee in half at least.

Gall bladder removal
Dr.Mess is a caring and comforting Doctor. After an emergency gall bladder removal he put me on two major antibiotics to rid me of any lingering bacteria.I was very close to having gangrene invade my liver. His follow up daily was very reassuring that I would be better in no time. Thank you, Doris Levine

Dr mess saved my life. I had a liver abscess and he found it and cured me. I was in the hospital three weeks and have multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. He is the best doctor you can find.

Dr. Mess was very thorough, and patient. I was in a lot of pain and he came in and spent every minute that I needed from him in the hospital until I understood exactly what was going on. Thank you Dr. Mess.
