Left me hanging, doesn't care about patients
I went to the Crane Center with two leg fractures and was told I needed to book an appointment with a surgeon. OSU Orthopedics scheduled me with Dr. Miller and I waited a week for my appointment in extreme pain just looking for answers. I went through all the right steps and got a voicemail the morning of my appointment from his scheduler saying he reviewed my chart and he can't help me. No explanation, no options, and gave me a call back number for questions which was the main OSU hospital line and know way to actually get in touch with him. So now I have to go through the entire process again and am waiting another week for an appointment with a different doctor. If this is how he treats potential patients, I can only imagine how he treats his actual patients. Totally left me hanging and I highly recommend anyone else seek care elsewhere. I hope this review helps someone.

I went to Dr. Miller for what I thought was a torn meniscus. It wasn’t very visible on an MRI but it was bothering me. I was also diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis after getting this MRI. He looked at the MRI CD before allowing me to explain that I had a bike fall, immediately told me that my arthritis was SEVERE and that if I continued at the level at which I want to, i would need joint replacement. Thankfully, i got a second opinion and repaired my meniscus. He barely listened to me.

Excellent surgeon. Physical therapist told me I was about 1-2 months ahead of a typical rotator cuff repair surgery. Dr. Miller is down to earth and confident in his work. I recommend with no hesitation.
