Dr. Rider and his staff are always pleasant and caring. He is thorough and gives clear instructions . I like using the patient portal and have found that Dr. Rider will answer any questions that I have posted (between visits) on the same day.

Dr. Rider is terrific. Very competent a d professional but with a patient and compassionate demeanor. Very thoughtful and does not leave a subject until there is complete understanding.

Absolutely not. He had no tact, bed side manner and is pushy. I felt like I was buying a car. He did not address my primary visit concern and would have had me at multiple other unnecessary visits had I not pushed back.
He clearly does not enjoy working worth people. I will never see him again.

I arrived 30 min early for my appt and Dr. Rider was able to see me 20 min early. He was thorough (as always) but efficient and gave me clear options on next steps. This is my usual experience with him.

MOST HORRIBLE DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER. I have never felt more disrespected in my life and I’m 28. This man is extremely rude, very robotic and had zero respect for me. You could clearly tell this guy thinks he knows everything about everything. Told me to not speak when he was looking at my eyes to check how they were since I was being seen for headaches. I understand with corona but he was wearing a mask, and face shield and I was wearing my mask while he was standing far, instead he expected me to understand his hand signals on what to do during checking my eyes. Doesn’t care about the client is just there for a paycheck, I’ve never met a doctor make it more obvious. I’ve never had a bad experience with a doctor, not even my guy OBGYN who helped me birth my child. Dr. Rider also tried to blame his staff instead of checking with me what my pharmacy was and he still sent it to the wrong location. Either this man are zero respect for women or just zero respect for me due to looks.
