Dr. Shea is fine. Some of office staff is horrible
We've fired Dr. Shea only because his office/billing staff are so unaccommodating. I feel they are disorganized and charge you fees for late payments that you many have never received bills for in the first place. If you decide to go see him, keep your bills organized, and know they will definitely charge you for late payments. Just rude people too.

Dr Shea is wonderful! His billing staff, not so good. Saw them in November and had a balance of $8. I saw them him twice more through March. Paid bill I ever received. In April, billing sends me a bill for my $8 plus a $29 rebilling fee. Really? If Dr Shea used other finance teams, I would continue to use him for my needs and rate him 5 stars!

I think Dr. Shea is so knowledgeable and great. Dr. Shea always puts me at ease. The office staff makes me feel uncomfortable and most of the ladies are NOT helpful in making appointments. I "do" take it personally. So Dr. Shea 5 stars - Office Staff 1 1/2 stars.

Dr. Shea has treated me separately for an ingrown toenail and sprained ankle. Each time he got me back on my feet. He is highly skilled and I would recommend him to anyone who has foot and ankle issues.

Wait time in the office is sometimes slow but that's because he spends needed time with each patient. To avoid, set first available appointment or right after lunch.
