Extremely disappointed with the service received lately. There was absolutely no consideration shown for my time. I arrived at 10:30 am only to around 3:00 pm with a temporary crown that broke by the time I got home. Called and was essentially refused any sort immediate correction. The female assistants seem to have no clue what they are doing, do not trust them to use sharp instruments. They placed numbing cream on one spot and the pointy part of an object on another spot a centimeter away. Also, if you choose to go to them make sure that your dental equipment is sanitary and not used on the previous patient. The secretaries are horrible with simple communication, I am told one thing over phone and come in to a completely different situation. Just overall unprofessional, instead of worrying about patients who have been in a cold hard dental chair for two hour there seems to be more concern for what's for lunch instead of taking care of the patients teeth.

The front desk was helpful and worked to get me in ASAP since I was in pain. They took x-rays and sent paperwork to my insurance for approval. I scheduled for extractions with IV sedation and was given pain medicine and antibiotics to help me through the immediate crisis. When my appointment came up it went really smooth. I was asleep the whole time and felt pretty good right away after the surgery. The office saw me to remove sutures and scheduled a cleaning for follow up. I highly recommend Dr Slusers office and you can get all your work done there from implants to orthodontics, kids, and root canals at far less than a specialists office

Dr Sluser is an excellent dentist with a dedicated and talented staff. They do orthodontics and children and every dental procedure you can imagine even sleep dentistry dentures and dental implants.
