I'm a retired Correctional Fire Captain_Peace Officer, patented inventor, TV Show Host, author, etc., and I have years of service as a PTSD Critical Incident Stress Debriefing counselor. I selected NW Human Services, Inc. as my Primary Care Provider for Medical, Dental, and Mental Health per contract with BlueShield_BlueCross to diagnose, triage, and treat my needs accordingly. Due to my alleged 'psychotherapist' repeatedly providing zero coping skills, I terminated all future sessions as 100% unnecessary. However, the next week, I experienced an incredibly traumatic life event. Yet when I contacted NW Human Serv., Dr. Trucshel established POLICY SUBJECTS ALL patients who self-TERMINATE 26 sessions_yr. at $300_ea. at a LOSS OF $7,800_yr. INCOME IS MANDATED TO A 90-DAY ZERO TX PUNISHMENT PERIOD in that ALL Health INTERVENTION REQUESTS ARE REJECTED IN DIRECT BREACH OF CONTRACT OF ANY INSURANCE CARRIER! The Director diverted all Treatment requests to a $400_hr ATTORNEY!

this dr did nothing to me and i am in an abuse situation where old charts were not read and i am firm guardianship or power of attorney according to advice in other counties and due to dr i am now not wanting to see any drs in marian county again due to being knocked around by them for no reason i had lack of background check yelled at me and told you men do not care so no one will listen to this in original county sorry they said due to my pych story the doctor is not something they think ever cared due to actions taken on me

Dr. Truschel is the most easiest medical professional to talk to that I have ever seen. He always listens and takes his time explaining himself and what he is thinking. Best of all for me I saw him about two years ago to start some mental health meds. About six months ago I saw him again for an adjustment. Before the appointment he took the time to read his notes to not waste time. He knew from the first visit why I had my breakdown. I really liked that I didn’t have to tell the story again.
