Dr Wilson and Staff
I have had nothing short of the best experience with this practice. From the front desk to the nurses to Dr Wilson, everyone took great care of me. I was nervous during my initial appointment since I didn't know what to expect, but as soon as I left I knew I would schedule my surgery. Every follow up visit just reassured that I made the right choice! I highly recommend Dr Wilson and his staff!

Wonderful experience
I had blephoroplasty by Dr. Tim Wilson who was recommended by many of my friends. I could not be more pleased with the result or surgical team. The office consult prior to surgery was relaxed and provided ample time for questions. I had a quick recovery with no noticeable bruising.

Will not go anywhere else!
I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Wilson, Nancy Kilgore, and the entire team at ETPS! Their exceptional care and professionalism guarantee I will never go anywhere else. Over the years, I’ve had multiple surgical procedures and facial aesthetic treatments with them, and I always feel respected and safe in their hands. Their honesty and dedication to patient care are unparalleled. Currently, I’m eagerly anticipating my next skin refining treatment with them.

Awesome Doctor! Awesome Staff!
Dr Wilson fixed my sagging arms and did a breast lift with implants. All I can say is I wish I had done it sooner! I lost 60 pounds and had quite a lot of extra skin. Dr Wilson made my arms look better than new and it is nice to have breasts that aren’t saggy and droopy. My scars are healing nicely. I am 55 and have the best breasts of my life! I’m scheduling another surgery with Dr Wilson. I wouldn’t use anyone else! I have been so impressed with the nurses and staff at East TN Plastic Surgery. They are always on top of things and really care about my recovery. It’s a pleasure to be a patient there!

Amazing Surgeon
Dr Wilson is a straight shooter. He does not over promise. My husband had his eye bags and lids done. Dr Wilson promised a triple not a home run and my husband looks amazing. I had my eyes done 10 years ago and they still look great. I have had several procedures done by Dr Wilson. They have all turned out beautifully I love his staff. They are all very knowledgeable and patient. Dr Wilson is a very caring, yet direct, no nonsense Dr. Love that!!!
