I truly enjoy Dr. Tim and Dr. Pam as physicians. They listen to my needs and talk with me about solutions and treatments. The nurses are great too. The issue is with the office staff. They just are never truly outwardly pleasant. They do not smile, and they act as if I am interrupting their day. On several occasions they even audibly huff and sigh at requests. The phone line is never answered by a live person. It has taken a weak to get an appt. because we are constantly playing phone tag.
