I communicated clearly to Dr. He that I was worried the hearing test would worsen my condition. She played all the sounds to the highest volumes anyway despite me expressing discomfort and guess what: it worsened my condition, possibly permanently. she is very dismissive and said that my hearing test came up normal. I went to an additional audiologist and another ENT (in seperate offices) and they both confirmed that the hearing test is in fact not normal. Obviously something is wrong here.

I saw Dr He for ENT issue. She did an endoscope to see if there was any problem within my nasal area. The scoping was discomfort at first but after she told me to relax and breathe through the nose I didn't feel any discomfort anymore. She took her time to explain my concerns. Definitely would recommend my family to come see her.

I was seeing Dr. Tina He last week in her Chinatown office for my nasal discomfort, Dr. He is very nice, she spent time to listen, to scope me, I been scoped by another ENT doctor before, it was so painful, but Dr. He did a very good job, I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure. She explained to me I had a small nasal polyp in my left sided, not a big dual, but have to monitor it, her assistant taught me how to take care of it daily with Saline wash. I am happy with their service.

She is very sensitive takes the time to answer any questions and listens to everything a person has to say has excellent bed side manner and is very soft spoken the whole examination was painless including when she was looking inside my nose with the camera she is very gentle.
