Our family member is struggling near death and he yelled at our family for asking questions like what medicine is being used or the thinking behind not pulling more labs or trying to get a CT scan. We wanted to understand the situation and decision we have to make and he used that time to become incoherently upset and yell at us. Since that interaction we have not heard from him in over 5 days while our family member is still uncurious in his ICU. The doctors under us who do call are acting strangely and annoyed now at any questions. This man needs to be re-trained in communication practices and is a walking talking lawsuit for anyplace that employs him.

Upon enter the waiting room he could clearly be heard yelling at his patient and arguing with her. He did the same to yet a second patient. Forget patient privacy. There was none. I could clearly hear everything he stated to his patients. I never filled out a patient medical history and since he did not have my prior medical records he would not have known it. Therefore he doesn't know I have had cancer before. That I was born with chronic lung disease. Nor did he let me tell him.

Didn't seem to have time for us, didn't seem to have my husbands best interest at heart, didn't care. Talked down to the nurses and staff, argumentative, had zero faith and trust in him as a doctor.

Does not take the tie to explain anything. If you have a loved one in ICU and they are on life support for more then a week he gives up and will try to convince family members to take the patient of life support. He will tell you they have no chance to survive, if we would have listened to him my mother would not be here. If I could have gave him 0 stars that is exactly what he deserves.
