Amazing doctor. Have been seeing her for years.

Very professional and courteous. She prescribed a complete exam on my first visit last week. Today the blood result from lab shows me having a liver damage. Though I once complained my continuous fatigue to my other doctors, they never had me done this specific test.

She is been great at keeping up with me and explaining the situation in Spanish or English. She is patient and helps explain a complex situation in an easy way to understand.

Zero empathy or compassion.

I had a great experience at my appointment with Dr. Chaicha-Brom today. As someone who has seen many doctors in search of answers for chronic symptoms, I felt listened to at her office, which is very important to me as a patient. I felt appropriate attention was paid to my patient history and symptoms. Overall, Dr.Chaicha-Brom communicated very effectively with me as a patient, ordered the proper tests based on the symptoms I was reporting, and most importantly showed me sympathy, and that she was genuinely willing to help me find the cause of my symptoms. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends, especially those I know that also get anxious about visiting the doctor’s office.

Awesome Doctor! I have a different Endocrinologist now because I change health Insurance and Dr Chaica Brom is not in my Insurance Network. I wish all Doctors are like her. she is always very thorough and though she is very, she finds time to answer all the questions I have about my health.

Has patience to listen to all questions and answers fully any concerns and questions. Explains things in detail and allows for any input from patient.

I went to see Dr. Chaicha-Brom for hormonal imbalances associated with a thyroidectomy several years ago and post-menopausal symptoms. In short, her answer was to increase my thyroid medication dose (my family doctor could have done that) and to (in my words) suck it up - maybe try some black cohosh. She appeared to have no empathy or understanding of the hot flashes, sleep disturbances, weight gain, or heart-related problems that may have been a consequence of the above symptoms.
