My husband went in to see Dr. Alan and after one minute with a very brief look at the problem, and no questions asked, he prescribed some medicine and left with a "come back if you still have problems." My husband has been in so much pain he can't talk or eat. Dr. Alan barely even looked at my husband. I bet if you had put a 5 person line up in front of Dr. Alan, a few minutes after the appointment, he would not have been able to pick out my husband. 3 days later and he's worse off. Not happy.

Dr. Alan saw me because my regular PCP was on vacation. He seemed very annoyed that I wanted a refill on an anxiety medication. He was very short with me and kept making reference to doctors not liking to prescribe this type of medicine and how this always comes back to the doctor. I've never seen this man before but he opened my chart and quickly made assumptions about me and treated me based on those assumptions. Not returning to his care and perusing a formal complaint.
