Dr. Todd Anhalt, MD

In June 2024, I had contact dermatitis and made the worst mistake of my life—seeing this doctor. I ignored the bad reviews because he was the only one available quickly, and I regret it every single day. He gave me random product samples despite my sensitive skin. I trusted him, used one, and had a severe reaction that never got better. I’m still in treatment at a major hospital, spending thousands to fix what he did. Later, my skin started peeling. He misdiagnosed it as dryness and told me to keep trying new products—which only made my skin worse. Another dermatologist later told me it was just sunscreen pilling and that I should’ve stopped all products. Because of him, I haven’t been able to use moisturizer or sunscreen for 7 months. I’ve suffered depression and spent so much money. DO NOT make the same mistake! Stay away from this doctor!

Awful experience. He is rude, patronising and technically incompetent. The simple operation I had got infected and when I went for a follow up he was extremely rude. A lot of other options in the area so skip him if you want to be treated with respect.

Charged twice for a no show appointment. This doctors just not appreciate patients anymore and he’s all about money. The pandemic must have been really tough for his business that he prefers $140 more than people. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend him!

Dr. Anhalt is wonderful. However, his office and billing organization are a hot mess. They didn't send my bill to my HMO for 4 visits and then slapped me with a bill for over $1000. I went back and forth between my primary MD referral person and Anhalt's billing clerk for months. Billing clerk said that my retroactive approval was too late (by their fault) and I still owed the $1000. I am still trying to fix this, but they remain unresponsive.

He is always there for you. Over the last 15 plus years of my needs for his professional skills in dermatology and his other medical skills be them in internal medicine and his basically saving my life in dealing with cancers discovered along the way. Key to the treatment along the way, is that he is unique in his ability to see me quickly, without the long waits as is normal with others in the medical profession.

DR ANHALT = THIEF He told me my 3-minute visit was covered by my insurance. A month later I get a $200 bill. I call his office to dispute it.
