Dr Aucker - Tri Valley's top eye surgeon
Besides being an extremely capable eye surgeon, Dr. Aucker is one of the most caring physicians that I have ever met. He goes over and above what is required to insure his patient's vision health and safety. His staff also exemplifies the gold standard of care. In this day of corporate medicine, it's great to find a doctor who is still motivated by helping patients.

Although he is a skilled physician, he has a nasty attitude and made me feel disrespected as a patient.

No glasses needed after 30 years
Removed cataracts and installed a multifocal lens that helps both with distance and reading. Great results exactly as stated. Be prepared to wait in the office, but that's because he spends time with each patient to answer questions. Surgery was excellent. No pain and Hacienda surgery center was great as well

I've been seeing Dr. Auker for years for diabetes checks and there has not been a time I did not have to wait to see him and the minimum time is at least an hour, sometimes a few!! Before I gave him a free pass because I know he is a busy man but after the umpteenth time of waiting it does get very tiresome and disturbing. If he knows he has a surgery he should reschedule. He is thoughtless and now I think he cares little for his patients. My time is valuable too!!

Todd A. Aucker M.D. performed lens implants for my right and left eyes. He successfully corrected vision in BOTH eyes to 20/25. He also discovered an issue with the retina in my right eye and recommended I see Dr. Dan Brinton, a retina specialist. Dr. Brinton was very impressed with the overall work performed by Dr. Aucker. Dr Aucker is professional, thorough and pleasant. Also he has a unique sense of humor which makes visits with him enjoyable. His entire staff is friendly and courteous.
