Quick and efficient

Dr crump was punctual and efficient. He was polite and professional. I received quality care, he thoroughly went through my information, asked questions, and informed me of all the information I would need in regard to prescriptions and treatment. I highly recommend him.

Total Waste of valuable time ....
I'm a 70 year old cripple man that can't walk, in Texas. All I needed was refill of my thyroid medication. I've just been ripped off by an out of state TeleMed outfit and decided I'd try one in Texas. So I hopefully contacted "Texas Telemedicine Doctor" (Dr.Crump), spent the time to filled out all their forms. All I needed was a refill of a prescription that I've been taking (same dose) for the past 36 years. What I got mostly was an ignorant/inflexible reaction to my condition (which was cause by car wreck, not a disease) and a cold shoulder. Regardless, Dr. Todd Crump could of easily help me, but instead choose NOT to, which I have found to be pretty typical, if not prevalent, of the Luciferian Rockefeller run allopathic AMA Medical Mafia these days and has been for at least the past decade. Take Note. If you want reliable/intelligent help, Keep Looking.

Lacks communication skills and personality. The bedside manner is horrible. Find another doctor.

I have seen Dr. Crump a few times. His office staff is very nice, the facility is very clean and Dr. Crump himself is nice and seems genuinely interesting in helping me with any medical concerns/problems I've had. Once he forgot the name of an OTC brand he wanted to recommend to me and he actually contacted me after my appointment and gave it to me.

This was the worst doctor's visit I have ever experienced. He did not introduce himself and he left the room twice to talk on the phone. He did absolutely nothing to alleviate my concerns and declined the routine testing I requested. I did manage to get a referral for some lab work but was told even though the lab was next door to go home and they would call and schedule it later in the week. They didn't even try to see if I could have it done today. I asked the lab myself and got it done. Wow
