Dr. Dingman and his staff took excellent care of my elderly father. Dr. Dingman’s calm and gentle demeanor put us at ease and post surgery my dad is all healed and feeling well.

I have known Todd Dingman for many years. He pulled my first wisdom tooth about 20 years ago and has since done 3 more including todays. Todd is very friendly and professional. He is honest and forthright in explaining why any oral work is necessary. During the procedure, he is assuring easing any intrepidation I may have had. During the procedure he continuously communicates and asks if I’m doing alright. Everything has turned out well each time. I trust Todd to care for my teeth as I age. I will recommend him to anyone in such needs. He also has taken care of my wife’s dental needs as well.

The staff and Doctors (Dr. Dingman and Dr. Glenn) are AMAZING!! They take the time to listen to you, go through the recommended treatment, options and explain your insurance benefits. The entire staff was happy & fun. Dr. Dingman's chair side manner is very calming and friendly. Dr. Glenn is very down to earth and funny. I would highly recommend these Oral Surgeons to my family and friends.

I was told prior to my appointment that office would bill my medical insurance and whatever they didn't cover I would be responsible for. At the time of my appointment office tried to get me to pay $460 upfront before I even saw the doctor. I told them no way Jose and I left. Like the numerous other negative reviews all over the internet about this guy's billing practices...this is yet one more added to the pile. STAY FAR AWAY from this money hungry practitioner!

Dr. Dingman, his assistants, they are all so hospitable and caring. Both professional and a wonderful bedside manner for everyone in the facility. Thank you to the whole facility for being wonderful.

Dr. Dingman, staff, state of the art equipment, and expediency left a great impression. In addition to painless oral surgery and subsequent recovery, the level of courtesy, professionalism, and expedience were nothing short of "world class." It is impossible to imagine the negatives reflected in other reviews. After friendly, warm, and efficient visits with the receptionist and nurse, Dr. Dingman did a great job. His description of the procedure was brief, but he fully answered all questions.

Receptionist was rude and tried to lecture me about canceling an appointment. One thing I cannot stand is a receptionist on a power trip. I can almost forgive the fact that he's overpriced and isn't very personable. Gave me an cone beam CT when I had brought one with me. Cost me $250. I didn't catch it until later because I had no idea that a Cone Beam CT and an X-ray were two different things. Appointment took 3 times as long as expected. At least I can vent here.

They lied to me on the cost. It was a terrible experience the surgery was terrible and the wait was extremely long.
