I have been coming to this hospital for nine years and had good experiences until I had Dr. Ellingson. He was snooty and dismissed my symptoms. He didn’t listen to me and just stormed out looking all bothered by my problems. He acted like I should’ve seen my regular doctor but he’s not very good and they just don’t seem to have good primary care at Tuality. Epecially when I’m really hurting and of course they didn’t give me anything for pain I hadn’t gone in the ER for a couple of years but all the doctors I had before were much nicer. They seem to know what they were doing when I was in there when I first moved to town and needed surgery and ER did a really good job diagnosing my gallbladder surgery. Now they don’t know what they’re doing there. At the end they couldn’t answer my questions and I asked to speak to the doctor and they said he was too busy to answer them. Doctor orders scan after not talking to me much and then doesn’t have courtesy to explain what it showed.
