Dr. Todd Freeman, MD

For my visit, Dr. Freeman was excellent. He listened to my history, examined my ears and sinuses, explained the first course of action he recommended to try and resolve my issues, and explained the subsequent steps if the first did not resolve my issues. He also let me know that if the first steps worked, that I could cancel the followup appointment, which I appreciated to save myself money, as I have had past doctors who insisted on follow-ups that were pointless and a waste copays, etc. Dr Freeman was professional, attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I feel fully confident in his expertise.

I saw Dr. Freeman a couple years ago for something that should have been found by others. He took care of my issues and I have been fine since. My husband is now seeing him and we trust his knowledge. My husband also saw another doctor that didn't catch his problem but Dr. Freeman did. He tells it how it is and we like that in him.

I have seen him for many years, always professional and easy to work with. I found him very good at communication.

My grandson has had problems with swollen and painful tonsils. I called and they NEVER called me back! Shame on you!!

Tried to talk to him on the phone about my son's chronic ear infections that he's had for 5 years. Wouldn't listen to anything acted as if I was stupid and even told me that he's most likely not even getting ear infections. All other Dr's at the ER must be really dumb. Cause we have gone through so many antibiotics they aren't working anymore for his ear infections. Or the time he was admitted for 48 hours because his ear infection was so severe. Do not recommend at all. Get another Dr.

He doesn't listen. He doesn't answer questions. He doesn't look at health history. He rushes through appointment. He somehow missed that my nose was broken. The sinus surgery he performed was incomplete and did nothing to fix the problem because he never fixed my nose, he couldn't clear my sinuses. His nurses tried to rush me out of post- op before I could stand on my own. I had to go to another clinic and hospital and have a second surgery to repair my nose and clear my sinuses. He was a complete waste of time and money.

Never looked at me physically, never looked at my file. Told me to use my money and get a personal trainer and lose some weight.

I went to see Dr. Freeman with a punctured ear drum that was infected. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely skillful as he cleaned it out without causing pain. I found him extremely focused, a no nonsense, get to the point kind of guy. I would highly recommend him.

BAD I've had chronic throat issues. (Currently going in bc I have an infection-tonsils excreting green/yellow fluid, red dots all over roof of mouth, red and swollen and swollen lymph nodes) I've had enough infections to recognize one. He was extremely patronizing,rude,short,in a hurry,and dismissive. He talked over me while I was trying to explain and ask questions. He said there was nothing wrong-just inflammation. When I was asking about my other symptoms he was already walking out the door.

Excellent! He diagnosed me with a rare disease when no one else, for 20+ years, could figure out. Very impressed with him. Great personality on top of being knowledgeable. You just don't find doctors like him. I am thankful I did.

I was very satisfied with our experience. My son needed a tube put in his ear and Dr. Freeman did it right in the chair in his office, saving us a very expensive trip to the OR. He's very nice and has an excellent bedside manner.
