Dr. Todd Jaffe, MD

I’ve had two procedures performed by Dr. Jaffe. Not only did he do an excellent job, he was professional, informative and extremely gentle! Both he and his staff made me feel much less apprehensive resulting in an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Dr Jaffe!

My doctor had recently left the practice that Dr. Jaffe is a part of, and the office location closed down. I never met with Dr. Jaffe in person it was over the phone to get my monthly medication until I could get scheduled in the Mesa office. It went fine and he sent in my script, and I scheduled for the next month. However, I found out when trying to refill one of the other prescriptions my previous Dr. had prescribed that had refills, had been cancelled and apparently Dr. Jaffe did it. It's not so much that for whatever reason he felt the need to do that, he did it without discussing it with me or letting me know, or figuring out if there was something else, I could take. It's not ok to take someone off medication like that abruptly that they have been taking for some time. It's bad enough for a patient to lose a doctor they have been seeing for years, but then to have to have someone take over who couldn't take the time to communicate. Now I need to find a new doctor.

He was very arrogant and insinuated that my previous doctors had been prescribing the wrong meds and giving me the wrong kind of epidurals even though I told him it was effective. One visit was enough for me.

By dar the best for injections. I've been to numerous doctors none and I mean none were able to ease the pain. Thank you Dr. You are the best.

Dr Jaffe obviously likes to assume everyone is an opioid abuser without fully reading the patient’s medical files. He wants to be the savior and get the pats on his back. He does not follow up for referrals with insurance issues and then has the office people screen and not answer calls back. He treats you with disrespect and has ruined Virtuous Pain with his poor judgement and slander when you challenge or try to discuss your care treatment if it’s not what he wants. Do not go to him if you are in serious pain because he will judge you instead of trying to at least read your file and history. He lost his last practice for a reason. Very distrustful and disturbing man.

I had been with Dr Jaffe when he was in Melbourne,fl. He and his staff were excellent and I was very sorry to see him Move. I would highly recommend he and his staff.

My care under Dr Jaffe has been outstanding over the years. His staff has always been friendly, helpful and personable. My appointments were always within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. What doctor can say that! He listened and took care of what was best for me. I was very disappointed to see him leave Brevard County. Godspeed Dr Jaffe! You are the best!

Dr Jaffe was my pain dr for more than 15 years, but the last years the staff was as bad as it gets. I had a morphine pump and had the pump replaced every 5 yrs, the last time Dr Jaffe put in a new pump it did not work 2 weeks later another did not work 2 weeks later he cut me open again but the rep did not bring the pump, Then 2 weeks later again it does not work and I now have MRSA that the nurse had to come to my house to change MRSA wound for 6 months. I will never go back to Jaffe.

I did a review for Dr. Jaffe in 2018. He and Bev got me through a rough 20 years +, but Doc sold all of his implanted pump patients to another Doctor, he never said anything about it and I got a phone call that my next appointment was with the new doctor! You would think ?? he would have said something after all those years....

I’ve been with Dr and staff for over 2 years, I’m happy with how Dr. Jaffe treats me and his prices are great if you don’t have insurance. He treats me with extended pain medication, I miss immediate pain release pills at times, but overall I’m happy with him. The staff is polite, just read contract, not much room for error DEA is tired of this epidemic.

Zero empathy by doctor or staff. The staff is hostile and rude. We actually watched the staff shame a very elderly woman because she was not moving fast enough. The wrong prescriptions were called into the pharmacy. When trying to explain that they made a mistake, they discharged me as a patient, and did not provide a clear reason why. The doctor does not listen to what I have to say. I have never experienced anything like this. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

STAY AWAY! I cannot stress enough the unprofessionalism of the office staff. Rude, condescending, and completely disrespectful. Too many other patient friendly doctors in the area.

Terrible doctoring to allow this kind of action to occur I have exhausted all remedies trying to receive care through his Clinic their staff neglected me because I was asked to be there 15 minutes early and I was only there 12 minutes early due to parking issues once I made them aware I would like to fill out a grievance form I was asked not to come back and still haven't received the care I'm searching for which is an injection in my neck I was polite I was courteous I was 3 minutes late yet I

I have been a patient of Dr. Jaffe for approx. 14 years. He has an excellent bedside personality, he is confident, compassionate and connected with each patient. I would be happy to recommend him to someone who needs pain relief. But if your looking a pill dispenser. It won't work!!

I moved to the area in 2014, I have been seeing Dr Jaffe for 3 years, he has helped me tremendously from my first visit up until my last visit yesterday. He truly cares about his patients. The staff has been awesome, they are very friendly and helpful.

My mom goes here and is usually on so much morphine that she can barely talk. Lectures me about my marijuana use because this guy tells her that pot is bad and that she shouldn't go to rehab. This guy is an obvious monster.

Dr. Jaffe, Bev and Alicia always seemed to care. He gave me over 10 years of relief.. I miss them all.... The Only Dr. I ever fully trusted or will ever trust completely.. I'm trying to get everything together so I can see him again.. A truly wonderful Man and Caring staff. A family that will be there for you 100%
