The office is clean and the employees are friendly. I had minimal wait time for my appointment with Dr Minars and was impressed with his thoroughness, professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him!

The office is amazing! Huge friendly staff, unusual for a doctors office. I was seen at my appointment time. Doctors were professional, honest & did a great job with fillers. Would highly recommend.

This office has HORRIBLE customer service. I will keep it brief and to the point. There are other issues but I will just describe this. My son needed a prescription medicine from a Specialty Pharmacy filled. It was supposed to be ordered and processed in the morning. When I called the Pharmacy they had no record of the prescription being ordered. I then called the Minars Dermatology to ask about it and they said "oh it hasn't been processed" We will call you right back. Well they never called me back. I called them 3 different times today and each time they put me on hold forever and then the line would just hang up. It is now about 3 hours later and I am still waiting for a call back so I can go get my son's much needed medication. Doctor's offices in general aren't great at service but this office win's the prize for lowering the bar on service as much as you can go. Do not go here. Choose another office.

The personnel at Minars Dermatology are very friendly and do their jobs well. Diane is a great esthetician at getting rid of those unwanted facial hairs, using state of the art laser or electrolysis equipment! Dr. Norman and Todd Minars are wonderful and patient!

The office staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and I was seen on time with minimal wait. The doctor was patient and listened to my needs, answered my questions and was able to come up with a solution (where other doctors haven’t). IS SAW DR TODD BECAUSE I HAD A FEW SUSPICIOUS SPOTS. HE TOOK A BIOPSY OF ONE, WHICH CAME BACK OK, AS THE OTHERS WERE. HE HAS WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER AND REALLY LISTENED TO ME. THE OFFICE RUNS VERY EFFICIENTLY AND I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I HAVE RECOMMENDED OTHERS TO THIS PRACTICE.

Poorly run cosmetic and skin tratement sales shop not a doctors office. No ability to diagnose anything properly. It is a money factory designed to drain your wallet.
