Thought Dr. Rave was great. Explained things very well. Had complete check & had two tests run. He arranged an MRI for neck & followup apt with another Neurologist in 6 months whose specialty was in area I needed then. Couldn't have been nicer or done any more.

What impressed me the most about Dr. Rave was that he wasn't afraid to tell me that he didn't know all the answers to my questions. He seemed very genuine and took time with me. He showed empathy. Another thing I was glad for was his willingness to speak with my other doctor even though he isn't an MD.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr Rave and his staff. I don't feel rushed, he answers my quest ions, he explains things well. He doesn't bury his head in his computer, which is one of my pet peeves. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Staff is poor at calling people back. No communication. Lake of personal care or concern for patiant.

I decided to try a new neurologist due to the fact my other one did not schedule certain tests and did not return phone calls. I decided to try Dr. Rave. He is a great guy but once again I have fallen between the cracks. I was to have an appointment on November 6th to go over MRI results. No MRI was scheduled. I called to schedule again and was told someone would follow up...this happened twice. I still have not heard back.
