The BEST Experience EVER!
First encounter was with the front office staff, they were friendly and professional. Dr. T. Williams is EXCEPTIONALLY skilled surgeon. I had No PAIN! My procedure took less than 30 minutes, from start to finish. I am very impressed with his model of service and operation. Nice to find a genuinely kind and professional dental office.Ms No Pain

Surgery that went wrong
Dr Williams is a nice person but I had a terrible experience because of a poorly done job! The first bad impression was that I was forced to pay upfront $13,500 for a treatment that should have been done step by step. He removed a bridge, cleaned an infection and immediately afterwards he put in a bone graft and two implants. He must have either drilled too deep or pressed the bone graft too hard, causing what now seems to be a permanent damage to the inferior alveolar nerve that branches out and runs to the lower lip and chin area. It’s been almost seven months and I am still suffering from paresthesia, an absolutely uncomfortable situation of partial numbness, tingling and the feeling experienced when having a tooth anesthetized. The oral surgeons I have consulted after Dr Williams’ procedure, agree that placing the bone graft and implants should be done after the gum tissue has healed, that is three months after the surgery. What was the rush? I still can’t understand!

Dr. Williams has now done 6 implants for me and I could not be happier. From making you feel at ease, to explaining what was going on during the procedure, to soft hands, I would highly recommend Dr. Williams for any dental procedure.

I highly recommend Dr. Todd Williams if you need a tooth pulled. He obviously knows what he's doing and the whole procedure was over before I knew it. Plus - very important - I barely felt the "dreaded shots". He also has a courteous and helpful staff. A very nice experience, especially for a scaredy cat like me.

Dr Todd Williams is so very knowledgeable and knows what to do and what not to do. He’s was honest and told me what I needed to have done and what could wait. Not like other doctors who just want to take your money. Dr Williams is so caring and after the procedure he called to check on me. I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation.
