I love him. Ever since my kids were born. I was disappointed in leaving town because he would not be my kid doctor but as soon as we came back, he was my number one pick. His office visits very lengthy or short time periods. But he is very keen on answering all your questions before they even asked, and he’s been doing it for a while I would recommend him without a doubt

Very pleased with this Dr. He takes the time to listen and evaluate all options in the treatment process. He is amazing with the children and will get right on their level and interact with them playing to put them at ease. His nurse always takes the time to comfort us and talk to us about any additional questions we may have at any time.

My 1yr old daughter kept getting sick after shots and he ignored the problem. This so called doctor then told me that he didn't deal with,"Those freaks that don't believe in vaccinations." I went ahead and got the shots again on the condition that if she got sick again he would see her immediately day or night. That early evening when we were at the emergency room and my daughter was running a 106 degree fever, Dr. Tarkington refused to see her. EGG ALLERGY! My daughter has brain damage.

Almost everytime we've waited in the waiting room for over an hour! The Dr. also just walks out without even really telling you the visit is over. He said to me that I was doing perfect, turned around and walked out. It was our first visit and we literally had to go out into the hall and ask the nurse if that was all. Very strange visit.
