I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ziedalski. His scheduler told me that she would not let me schedule an appointment because I had cancelled a previous appointment and was 'taking a space for someone who REALLY needed an appointment.' My cancellation was over a week before my scheduled appointment and it was because he was changing my appointment from a in-person appointment to a virtual appointment. Since I wanted to see him regarding a pulmonary issue, I assumed he would need to listen to my lungs and could hardly do that over Zoom. I would NOT recommend this doctor or his rude office staff.

He should NOT be in clinical practice.
I saw him for breathing problems. He ordered a test. Results were back to him within days. Despite several emails requesting that he discuss the results and talk to me about next steps he refused to get back to me or have any more physician-patient contact with me, even after I complained to Medicare and my insurance provider.

Kindness Goes A Long Way… It Was Absent Here
I pre-prepared personal medical information that he did not allow me to lay out for consideration. He came in with a preconceived, inaccurate idea that did not address my history or the issue, right away pushing a medical agenda and prescriptions without understanding or seeking to discover an accurate diagnosis. He did not listen well, but was dismissive and ridiculing in his responses. I have been seeking help for five months now, struggling to physically function at my normal ability and he literally accused me of faking my symptoms. I am livid. My family who has struggled along with me is livid. I may be reporting him to Washington State Department of Health, just so he doesn’t continue to treat people who truly need help finding a medical solution to a real problem with such dismissive neglect. I was rushed and bullied through a very quick appointment without receiving the help I need. I left in tears, feeling mistreated at so many levels… my first and last appointment with him.

Unreliable service
Went in for a consult, he recommended a sleep study and said he would put in my referral same day. Two months went by and none picked up the phone. Once they did pick up they said tricare was waiting to approve my referral , called tricare only to find out that they in fact hadn’t sent in anything until said date , which was time stamped. Tricare required additional information, they didn’t care until I threatened further action. Prescription, I guess they thought I didn’t need that either sent over.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I had my appointment with Dr. Ziedalski and then nothing. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I followed up 3 times, and was promised a call back. Never happened. Ended up going to another provider. Seriously dissapointing.
