Extremely poor experience with Dr. Mark. He treated my mother for about 6 months. Focused his appointments on her nutrition (avoid all white foods) not objective measures of disease progression or informing patient about relevant disease information. Thankfully, we got her to a more qualified specialist who caught that she was in urgent need of a bone marrow transplant.

An absolutely horrid personality
I was once a potential patient waiting in his office at Weill Cornell NYP. He came out and a receptionist placed a call on hold in order to give him her attention as he came and stood right in front of her. And they way he went off on her, I mean the level of power trip he took, for putting that call on hold, broke my heart. I knew he wasn't the person I needed to tend to me. No matter how bad my situation was. That girl cried.

Dr. Tomer Mark is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients. My husband and I had a great experience when we saw him in consultation. He is extremely knowledgable and an expert in the field and has helped understand the treatment and the next steps. We highly recommend him.
