Nice person, but never fills out scripts on time
In person, he's very kind and patient, and he listens to what you have to say. But, for some reason that I've yet to figure out, getting your medication scripts filled out on time is nigh on impossible through his office. I've had to have a medication emergency filled in the past because the script wasn't sent after several days of calling in and asking. I've since gone to another pharmacy just in case CVS was the issue, but now I'm currently experiencing withdrawal because I've been waiting over a WEEK for a scheduled medication to be refilled with no luck at all. I've been calling twice a day since they opened on Monday, and it is now FRIDAY and my script still hasn't been sent. My pharmacist actually got hung up on after trying to speak with his office for almost HALF AN HOUR. I now have to go through withdrawal at my job for the entire weekend before I can attempt to call back again. As much as I want to recommend this doctor, this kind of treatment is absolutely inexcusable.
