Changing PCPs - Hope this review helps someone
I am not one to leave negative reviews and in Dr. Bradshaw's case, necessary to help another. Although Dr. Bradshaw is my mother's PCP, her care is managed through ER visits and Urgent Care. We are unable to speak directly to the doctor and info must be conveyed through her office staff. I work in the medical field, and I understand in some cases, this channel of communication is necessary. We were hopeful to get answers to our list of concerns at a long-awaited appt scheduled on Oct 9; she was last seen June. She was rescheduled to be Nov 19, more than a month later and offered the alternate communication channel to voice concerns. I stated unacceptable and was put on waiting list and care continues to be managed through Urgent Care and ER. My mother feels that Dr. Bradshaw does not care, and she is just a NUMBER. I get my mother is in her 80's. She deserves dignity and respect and being tossed to the office staff, Urgent Care or the ER is unacceptable, therefore changing PCP's.

Best Doctor I've Ever Had
Dr. Bradshaw has been my physician for longer than 20 years. She listens, provides excellent, clear advice. I think back to other doctors I've met over the years, the rushed "mill" types, those who have only a nodding, haughty acquaintanceship with the English language, and those with horrible people skills, not to mention the merry military medical people, one of whom years ago I watched answer a telephone with the receiver upside down, which he then slammed down angrily exclaiming, "I'm tired of jokers calling in here and not saying anything!" Meet the man who will administer your vaccination. But back to our topic, Doctor Bradshaw is thus a breath of fresh air. Years ago she relocated her practice and could have gone anywhere, but stayed in Yucaipa. We have unsung heroes among us. Here is one.

Excellent Care Provider
Dr. Bradshaw has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years. She listens, provides explanation of care in a kind and clear manner and has always treated me with respect. She has come through time and again when specialists have not. Her referrals are spot-on. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bradshaw and have often done so.

Horrible, horrible as a doctor and as a human being. Not worth seeing, not worth arguing with. It would be hard to imagine someone worse than her. I would give zero stars

Has no insight other than what she regurgitates from mainstream media regarding her advise on health issues. Does or can not critically think and individualize for her patients.

She's very thorough and doesn't rush my visit, I don't have to have an appointment to get treatment, she and her staff take symptoms over the phone and prescribe medication for me and I'm able to pick it up the same day, she has a bright and friendly personality and I know I'm getting the best care.

I am saddened this person is still practicing medicine. I was her patient several years ago. She had no sympathy for my complaints of abdominal pain. After several months, I became so debilitated I could no longer work, I switched doctors (Bradshaw wouldn’t even order any tests to determine the cause of my symptoms). After a CT scan (the day after I saw the new doctor) and eventually a biopsy, it was determined I had stage 3 Hodgkin lymphoma. Her favorite thing to say is just deal with it.

Dr. Bradshaw is professional and prompt for your appointment! She is very thorough, which I appreciate because so many doctors today want to give out medicine without knowing what's wrong with you or they're not concern at all so they would have you doing things for your health issue without taking the time to see what will help. Dr. Bradshaw's staff is also very helpful.

Dr Bradshaw makes good eye contact as opposed to just looking at the chart. She has a great sense of humor but still very appropriate to a doctor-patient relationship. These things made me feel at ease. Dr Bradshaw does not "preach" but spoke to me as an individual in regards to my specific health issues. She is very thorough and everything has been ordered and carried out as she said it would.

Dr Bradshaw was rude, interuptive and refused to listen to me as I was explaining my daughters' very complicated history. She even had the nerve to tell me to not speak for my daughter, despite my daughter's mental and physical handicaps AND the fact that I am her conservator. Horrible bedside manner. Too bad I cannot award her zero stars.
