Dr. Toni Leoni, MD

We bring our daughter (age 2) to Dr. Leoni. We find her courteous, willing to listen, and we are happy with her caring for our daughter. She does not 'sugar-coat' anything and gets to the point. We appreciate that. The staff is always excellent and we are very pleased with Dr. Leoni.

I had to bring my daughter to Leoni because her regular doctor is out this month. I never felt so judged in my life. She was very condescending and made me feel like I was doing everything wrong for my daughter. My daughter was born early due to complications with me, not her, and she was questioning why my OB would make that decision when it’s not her business while also calling my daughter developmentally challenged when she’s only seven weeks old. She would tell me she wouldn’t push anything on me because I’m the mother while pushing anyway and rolling her eyes and shaking her head when I still refused to do what she wanted. It’s safe to say I would never recommend. Thankfully the rest of the staff is great.

Sadly we won’t be going back to Dr. Leoni. After a few visits it was the same each time and so disappointing. She is not warm and lacks interest in our conversations. She comes off a bit condescending and arrogant. I had so many questions each visit but just never felt welcomed by her. Very sad but happy to move on to a better fit that is warm and inviting.

My wife and I just brought our children to her for the first time. She was extremely arrogant, judgmental and repeatedly rolled her eyes at my wife. She was very condescending when she didn't agree with our methods, despite them being approved and encouraged by our previous doctor. She made some snide remark like, "Well, I don't know how they do it there, but here we want it done this way." Grossly unprofessional. I assumed it was a bad day, but I see here it's not the case. Moving on.

My two daughters see Dr. Leoni and we love her. She's very precise and thorough at every appointment. She talks to my girls and eases their minds and mine (I get a little paranoid sometimes haha). She isn't the warm, silly doctor that maybe a previous reviewer expected. She means business. I like that kind of attitude in a doctor as I don't see them as a friend, they are a trusted ally. I have nothing but good things to say!

Office staff is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like Dr Leoni listens to both me and my children. She explains things to the kids in their own language and on their level. She was amazing when I had to call after hours. It's comforting to know you can trust your children's doctor

We don't like her arrogance/cockiness. She just isn't very pleasant and very judgmental. She has an attitude like its her way or the highway. If your doing something she disagrees with she makes you feel stupid and puts a lot of doubt on you. This was just our experience of course, but after a few visits we quickly realized it wasn't just bad days for her, it's her. So my husband and I agreed it was time to see a new doctor. The office itself is wonderful, but I would not recommend this Doctor
