The process before seeing the Dr takes less time than 4 years ago. Less red tape and workers are more friendly. It is important to try to reduce the waiting time to see the Dr, now is between 60 to 90 minutes. Scheduling is difficult but continous improvement needs to be done.

The experience with the Doctor and his assistants was excellent, however all the girls at the front desk need to improve customer service. All of them were not kind with the attention, they have a bad attitude, they don't look you at the eyes while they talk to you, their faces look like they were angry. Anyway, please let them know that they are there to serve the needs of the customers and not just to collect bills.

Excelente doctor and staff, been seeing him for years and he is the best, highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Diaz's care is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about him. He listens to his patients and explains what the problem is and what needs to be done about it. He is clear, direct, and accurate. I feel very safe in his hands.

Dr Diaz took care of my right shoulder bursitis. One of the best! He is caring, takes time to hear your health concerns and the best with shots to relieve your pain!( i had been to a well known orthopedic surgeon in the past and it was very painful and did not work). Dr. Diaz is an amazing Doctor his experience makes a different to the patient who is going through difficult times with their orthopedic health. I’ve Been seeing Dr Díaz for over 30 year weather was from hip pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain which he did everything to prevent surgery but had to do it. I have 100% movement with my shoulder totally full Motion. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a orthopedic doctor 1000%.

After three orthopedic surgeons recommending surgery Dr. Diaz gave me Synvisc injections save me from surgery for years going strong he listens to his patience and provides the best holistic care.

Dr DIAZ is a terrific doctor, HOWEVER ... the OFFICE WAIT TIME IS HORRENDOUS. Whatever scheduling methods they use is ineffective and inconsiderate to the patients that WAIT NO LESS THAN 90 MINUTES FOR THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. Considering the high likelihood that many patients are being accompanied by someone else puts the burden on the more than just the patient. It's a terrible pattern on disregard for time and lack of efficiency by the office management and scheduling process. Something has GOT to change and I'm hoping the Doctors LEAD in this capacity.

Dr. Diaz replaced my knee about 4 years ago. He is the best!!!! Quick recovery, excellent care.
