I Sandra Arnold think of Doctor Tony Kastoon as my brother the way he treats you make you feel like we are part of each other and that he cares for us as family. He goes Way beyond the call of duty he takes time to listen to you. The staff makes your appointments after you see him either on the phone or in person you don't have to call in to get your return appointment. When you call in you able to get somebody without having to wait on the line for a long time or the phone is busy. Everyone is great, they let the Lord's Jesus Christ light shine through them, Praise the Lord Jesus Christ !

Dr. Kastoon is my endocrinologist and I've been a patient since 2 years ago. He is very caring and attentive with his patients. Always answers all my questions. He goes above and beyond to get the right tests and the right medication that I need. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an endocrinologist.Thank you Dr. Kastoon!

Some of the "specialists" I see or have seen, are not able to take the time necessary to give you all the info you need to be proactice in your health care. Even though I am a Medicare HMO patient, I get all the information that I need. The other endocrinologist I saw seemed abrupt, and just too busy to give proper care. I understand that HMO patients are not at the top of the pecking order, but I dont feel that way with Dr, Kastoon. He has made a number of very good recommendations to me, and I value his input and professionalism.

Fantastic Doctor!! Been seeing him almost 6 years now. My diabetes has gotten so bad. He promised me he'd never leave me and always help me. That he does. He's the best Doctor I have. He's sweet, takes his time, and really cares.

I have been a patient of the Doctor T. Kastoon since May 2018, since I was diagnosed with Graves' disease. For 4 years we fought this disease together and achieved remission. The Doctor T. Kastoon has always been very friendly and patient. It is too early to talk about the final victory, but I am very grateful to the doctor for what I have achieved. Thank you very much Doctor T. I like my Dr he is so attentive he shows that he cares about you he explains everything to you that you understand and makes sure you get what you need i will recomend him always. But he needs to do something about his staff they are making him look bad they don't answer the phones they don't clean the mail box because you can't never leave a voicemail you can call all day and that mailbox is full is always full he needs to get on them and make sure they answer they phones and to be polite not rude .

Dr. Kastoon is a great doctor he cares about his patients. He helps me all the time and whatever concerns I have he answers all my questions. So far he is one of my best doctors I ever met!

Dr. Kastoon has managed my Thyroid Cancer for 7 years. I trust him and am so thankful to have a kind, compassionate physician to take care of a scary diagnosis! He takes time with me which is hard to find nowadays. Since COVID-19 he has telehealth appointments which is needed. Dr. Kastoon is an amazing doctor. He is responsive and listens to his patients. He treats his patients not as a set of numbers but takes care to respond to their many concerns. He is also careful and his diagnosis instincts are strong. I have been very impressed by his compassion, care and medical instincts.

Dr Kastoon is a great doctor listens to your problems and wants to do everything to fix them. The office help on the other hand is awful they will put you on hold and forget your there it is so annoying. We as patients have emergencies at times and need to get a hold of the doctor or at least an answer! I really hope they will fix this problem because I will continue to see dr. Kastoon in spite of this problem because he cares I just wish they did.

I met Dr. Kastoon for the first time last year. I was referred to him by GP for my Diabetes. Immediately I felt a warm disposition about him and didn't hesitate to share my story. Dr. Kastoon clearly earns high marks in my book, for treating his patients as humans! Thank you doctor; I hope to visit again soon!

My favorite doctor! This man is kind, compassionate and has made a diference in my health since I have seen him. Yes, it may a wait , so be ready. Well worth the wait!

We have been going to Dr. Kastoon for many years now and he is tremendous. The only issue we have is that the Admin staff is super sloooooww, but he is worth the wait, I assume the time is slow because he spends a good amount of time with each of his patients. Good luck getting in touch too since the phone line is almost never answered and appointments are hard to get. Again not his fault but I would recommend figuring out a way to run the Admin side better.

I really like Dr Kastoon, he's been my doctor for a year and a half now. He listens carefully to you, working with your concerns, answers your questions without an attitude that many doctors have when you ask them questions, and he remembers you even after months between appointments! He's a great, caring and knowledgeable doctor, willing to go the extra mile to help you, and I recommend him to all! :)
