Dr. Tonya Hall, MD

Dr. Hall was very pleasant and thorough. She related well to me and knew my history. She treated me like a friend.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the way this situation was handled. Instead of addressing the issue directly, the responsible individual failed to take action and made the disabled person come into the office to tell me the task was incomplete. Dr. Hall blamed the person who made the call without resolving the matter. When I emphasized the urgency of obtaining clearance on time due to my search for a new cardiologist, I was accused of displaying an inappropriate tone and attitude. I questioned the purpose of my presence and asked whether I should cancel the procedure scheduled for 3-28, emphasizing the necessity for the responsible party to fulfill their duties. However, the procedure did not occur as planned because the cardiologist was NEVER contacted. The procedure was rescheduled by another doctor.

She reviews your records, listens to your concerns, and formulates a personalized plan of care for your condition. She & her team in CT offered a treatment that I couldn't access where I live near Boston in MA. Her office staff is kind and efficient. They check to make sure that preps are proceeding to plan and that you're well post - procedure. I truly hope that she gets all the support that she needs to have a long tenure with her practice. I truly appreciate her care.

She always as for everything about my health even if is not her area she make me feel comfortable always never have a problem or feel uncomfortable with her she’s a very good doctor

Video chat was rude. She also NEVER discussed anything during procedure. I didn’t see her at all before or after. She literally ran out the door after my procedure. Desk staff VERY RUDE. Surgical techs never acknowledged me or explained anything. Anesthesia pushed WAY TO FAST-very scary. I will not return nor recommend the entire place

I feel comfortable with her and her level of knowledge. Her recommendations include a variety of approaches to treatment.

Dr Hall is pleasant. thorough and caring with her recommendations to keep my digestive system healthy. I enjoy my visits with Dr Hall.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hall. This was my first appointment with her. She was very interested in what I was saying, was not rushing me, was friendly and concerned, reminding me it was time to have my PCP order a new cologuard test for me. She explained everything and followed up with me after one of my tests. I have no reservations about me follow up treatment.

I had an initial consultation with Dr. Hall over video chat. It felt more like a police interrogation. I’m assuming she was having an off day, but I don’t have any plans on repeating that experience. I’ve asked my primary for a referral to a different doctor. This was a waste of time and money.

Dr, Hall is always professional and always ask if have any concerns or questions.She always take time to explain my concerns and I never feel rushed when I have had any office visits with her since her practice here in CT. I have been her patient for many years. Thank you so much Dr. Hall. I appreciate you.

I read some poor reviews before going in to my appointment today, and I’m honestly surprised. I found Tonya and her team to be very kind and knowledgeable. Tonya listened to all of my concerns and came up with a plan for me that was cost conscious (which I appreciated!). She told me to message her anytime on the portal if I have any questions or concerns, and even gave me some samples as a “backup” in case I needed to add a bit more to my regimen. I found her to be very personable and felt that she genuinely cared about my health. Ignore the negative reviews, Tonya is great.

I've been seeing Dr. Hall for over two years now. The one time I realized I was going be late to an appointment, I called and to let them know I was stuck in traffic & Dr. Hall was happy to see me when I arrived. If you want courtesy, you need to give it. In my experience, Dr. Hall has always been caring, taken time to listen to me, she explains my condition as well as test results and medications clearly & makes sure I understand, and never rushes through my appointments. This has been true both for in-person and Tele-health appointments. As a two-year plus patient of Dr. Hall's, I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and benevolent doctor.
