Dr. Le abandoned his dialysis patients at the Bergman Place Davita following Hurricane Ida. No contact after 10 days. His competitors at Fresenius Medical Care Gretna are located within one mile of Davita and they were up and running 2 days after the storm. Highly incompetent at the most critical time.
