Dr. Botha spends time with you and explains the benefits of treatment and what you can expect realistically. Treatment is very personalized and thorough. This is not a ‘one size fits all’ kind of place.

Dr. Botha has helped me so much. I have been seeing her for hormone therapy for years and she has completely changed my life! Every appointment, she has taken her time and truly listened to me. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, I’ve never had this level of care with anyone else! I’ve just started seeing her for fillers at her new place and I am so happy with her services. I cannot recommend Dr. Botha enough!!!

Dr. Botha prescribed me hormones that are not regulated, nor are they FDA approved. She didn't tell me any of this was the case, only that what she wanted me to take was much much safer and better for my health. I had to pay for all of it out of pocket, but when I asked about alternatives, she just told me that these types of hormones were better for my health overall, decreased my risk for cancer, and the like. Apparently, I should have done more research because this is not true; it is exactly the opposite of true. There are numerous studies proving that this is not true. And she still told me that it was. Also, the dosages she prescribed were much higher than normal and were increased, almost doubled, at each visit. Another medical professional floated the idea that Dr. Botha must be receiving some kind of compensation from the pharmacy producing the medicine. I have no proof of this, but it is the only thing that makes sense. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.

If you want a compassionate physician who cares about your severe symptoms, go elsewhere. She’ll leave you hanging and confused, but don’t ask questions. You are nothing but a dollar sign to her... sort of like a heard of cattle. She wants it easy. Fork out the money, get your pellet, and get lost.

Dr. Botha has never made me feel rushed and really listens to what I’m telling her and answers my questions honestly. I appreciate feeling like I have time to express all of my concerns.
