We saw Dr. Miller at Children’s Mercy North Urgent care. My son was under the treatment of the headache clinic for a concussion. She told my son “we all get little headaches but we have to get to class or work.” She lectured him 3 different times on going to class even though he was tired (from a concussion.) I stated it was not only a problem during school, he didn’t want to play soccer or play, just sleep and had slept 20 of the 24 hours over the weekend and was having intense mood swings. She was one of the worst doctors I’ve ever experienced!

I switched pediatricians and I am so glad I made that decision. She was the pediatrician that I was wanting for my daughter. She is pleasant, gives good advice and knows medicine very well.

Not courteous in any interactions. Had 2 appointments with my newborn and found a different provider. AWFUL.
