Every appointment I have had with Dr. Hansen, I have left feeling overwhelmed, under-appreciated, and disregarded. My hope when visiting medical professional is to feel respected, acknowledged, and encouraged. However, my encounters with Dr. Hansen have not felt this way. She was very dismissive during an appointment where we discussed recent mental health experiences. While explaining my feelings and worries, Dr. Hansen talked about solutions before I was even finished sharing with her. Her responses felt quick and inconsiderate. I felt like she dismissed what I had to say, closing the conversation early as if she was in a rush to be somewhere else, and didn’t want to hear more from me. I left that appointment crying and feeling unheard, unfinished, and discouraged. I thought it was my fault, but I experienced the same behavior after two more appointment with her. Dr. Hansen has not made me feel respected or heard, and I would not recommend her to those seeking a physician.

Extremely dismissive. I had waited for months to finally get in to a doctor after relocating to the area. I came prepared with my list of known health issues and related questions and concerns. When she asked about why I was there, I started with the list of about 4/5 things. She interrupted me and said, "well, we're never going to get to all of that today." She wouldn't even discuss half of my serious health issues. Spent a whopping 15 minutes with me and was cold and unfriendly. She told me to schedule a follow-up. I did but when I called to ask if I should fast for bloodwork, I was told bloodwork wasn't even ordered. How do you even check a thyroid without bloodwork? I am so disappointed in my care, she displays zero initiative to assist those with chronic issues.

Dr. Hansen seemed nice enough during the visit. But it is near impossible to get an answer from her or her staff via email or phone calls. I emailed and left a voicemail re: a potential concern and never heard back. When I finally reached her nurse, she didn't even acknowledge my previous attempts at communication but transferred me to the scheduler when i didn't even know if I needed an appointment. It's all very frustrating.

Steer clear of Dr Hansen if you struggle with chronic illness. Tracy may be adequate for people with standard illnesses and basic care needs, but she becomes overwhelmed and dismissive with complicated cases. I've had to track down test results multiple times, I emailed Tracy with some follow up questions and didn't hear back- I did a follow-up phone call about three days later with her staff to ensure she uses that particular email portal- no one called me back. I then had some unusual anaphylactic reactions to a food I'm usually safe with and called to discuss my care and request a new epipen- the coordinator asked if it was about my email I had sent- so it's clear they received it and my phone call-- I then was sent to their call-line where I had to leave another message. I am writing this two days later where I still haven't gotten any calls back. I only got a prescription notification for Walgreens that the epipen was sent in. It's insulting, disrespectful, and very stressful.
