Dr. Tracy Jones, MD

I feel blessed having Dr. Jones as my gynecologist. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. She performed my hysterectomy procedure and everything went super well. I recommend her and will continue to choose her for all my gynecological post care.

She took pictures on her personal cellphone of my enlarged uterus during and after surgery (she showed my husband her personal cell pictures) and she was very rough(hurting me) during all of my visits afterward (pushing and pulling) like I've never had before during pregnancy or even a cyst examination. Im not sure if it was because of my low income status but I was always uncomfortable in her presence.

Dr. Jones is somewhat abrupt at times, however, she very patiently worked with me during a difficult pregnancy. She was very reassuring and made sure that I felt comfortable with every step of the pregnancy. She put me at ease and allowed me to make decisions about my delivery. She made sure that I was seeing every specialist that I needed to and did everything within her power to make it a successful pregnancy.

Dr. Jones is an excellent, through doctor who truly cares about what is important to me as a patient as well as what is best for my health. She sat and answered all of my questions in preparation for surgery, taking 30-45 minutes each appointment just in questions answered. Wow - exceptional. She kept asking 'What other questions do you have?' with a smile. I've had an exceptional experience as well with office nurses and was always met with professionalism and kindness. I Highly recommend her!!

Dr Jones is exceptional! She is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring! She spends adequate time with her patients and addresses all our needs and concerns! I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family!

Dr. Jones is wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me each time I saw her. I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions. I was lucky enough to have her during the birth of our little girl and she was calm, cool, and encouraging. I'll be her patient until she retires!

Dr. Jones herself was good. However, her recent staff within the past year mixed up my medical records with a person of a similar name which led to an overdue bill for this other person be sent to collections under my name. I fixed the issue but how much of my medical records got combined with this other person concerns me. After I resolved it with the collections agency, I called to put my patient status as inactive and the office staff seemed unconcerned about why I was doing so.
