Dr. Tracy Lippard, MD

Dr. Lippard has been my primary care physician for the past 15 years. She has provided me with the utmost in knowledgeable and compassionate care. Listening to, and developing a deep, non-judgmental relationship with the patient is her passion. Tracy excels at problem solving and follow up...I have never experienced the level of care Tracy provides before becoming a patient at Kaiser Permanente. I trust her explicitly, she makes sure you understand every facet of your health care and specific situation. Doctors like Tracy are rare and she is so very appreciated for her expertise and demeanor.

Dr. Lippard is my primary care physician at Kaiser and thankfully, she is a good one. Well educated, thoughtful and thorough. Dr. Lippard listens carefully to whatever complaint is presented and efficiently goes about addressing the issue. I highly recommend Kaiser as an HMO. It is vertically integrated and quite good at dealing with massive numbers of patients.

I was connected to Dr. Lippard through the new online "chat with a doctor" feature through Kaiser. The feature was very easy to use and Dr. Lippard was genuine and professional. She was able to quickly diagnose and get a prescription ordered to my closest pharmacy. It was incredibly convenient- the best possible outcome for a Sunday afternoon.

Dr. Lippard is an extremely caring physician. She gives her patients confidence that she will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of the problem. She never gives up. She has a professional presence yet a very friendly and kind demeanor. She has never let me down.
