Was sent to this person to treat scleritis which is caused by inflammation. She was rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Last visit she wanted to know why I didn’t have a test done and when I told her no one told me to do this test she gets mad and walks out. I’m not going to be treated the way she treats people. Thank goodness I was sent to someone who deserves to be called doctor of rheumatology. DO NOT recommend this person at all.

I wanted to give myself sometime before writing this review. I did not want to leave a review from my emotions but rather the lack of quality care, the lies, the horrible words and treatment from Dr. Lovell. At first, very promising and I was optimistic to get to the root of the problems I have. That began to diminish quickly. Yet, I figured we all have a bad day. Check-in experience always terrible. But Dr. Lovell and her nurse are the most horrible personalities to be in healthcare. Rude, lied to upper management, verbally attacked me for reporting her to upper management. I have given this so much thought about writing a public review and almost a year later, I am still beyond disgusted of the lack of care and treatment ended up.

I don't know if the office or Dr. Lovell herself are worse. I am new to the area and scheduled with Dr. Lovell. She entered the office talking and never really listened or got my full history, which is quite unusual and extensive. I left feeling unsure of my choice, but kept the follow up appointment, during which bloodwork results were given and recommendations (based on an incomplete history) were made. I have been trying for two weeks to get a copy of some of the bloodwork that did not post to my chart. I was told it would be mailed, told it was posted, etc. Today I finally called and spoke to a receptionist who in two minutes did what I asked - printed a copy for me to pick up. Two weeks I have been lied to and in two minutes the problem was solved when I stated I am at the end of my rope. I don't normally write reviews, but this overall experience was so bad I felt the need to do so. I will hesitate going to any doctor in this system.

I have been seeing Dr. Lovell for 3+ years. She was the only doctor in past 5 years that took the time to listen and prescribe the right medication to clear up my condition. I was suffering to the point of not being able to walk- within 3 weeks of seeing her and taking the medication she prescribed, I was like new. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely the best diagnostician I have ever encountered. It was quite a long wait to initially get in to see her but it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend her!

Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. If you ever have to call, give up. After multiple apts & trying to figure out what is going on, I was basically brushed off. Even after that, the thing that got me agitated was when Dr Lovell told me the last set of labs we were doing was covered under my insurance & the next thing I know, I get a bill in the mail from that lab company for over $300. I don’t appreciate being lied to. If she didn’t know, she should have got someone else to find out.

Dr. Lovell was great! She probably saved my life and doesn't know it. She pointed out things out of her realm of treatment which in turn had me seeking the right doctor's that I needed. Only she uncovered these things not my PA. Changed PA and very grateful I saw her. She is very intelligent and on her job. I give her 5 stars plus.

Dr. Lovell and her staff were very accommodating - getting us in ASAP to see look at a painful issue. Comprehensive in her questions and testing, she further accommodated our schedule for additional tests. It was clear she wanted thorough information for a complete diagnosis while also dealing with our immediate issue of pain. Smart, thorough, responsive and thoughtful.

Dr. Lovell is very intelligent. This sometimes makes her feel disconnected or that she does not have compassion. She truly does have a big heart and a gentle and caring personality. She will even remove my socks and shoes when checking the swelling in my feet. She has tested, x-rayed, sent me for MRI's and much more to get a firm and positive diagnosis. We are now, together, working on the perfect treatment that has me 90% pain free. The front desk could be more friendly, but they are busy.

This is the most uncompassionate doctor you will ever find. She rushes in and out and doesn't take time to answer your questions. I have spoke to management regarding her, they didn't seem very concerned. Front desk girls are nice but her nurse is very rude.

I was treated with the utmost respect. Her nurse was super kind and listened to everything I had going on. Dr Lovell was very professional... we went through all my concerns and my drs referral notes. She did complete testing to make sure everything was the way it was suppose to be. I would def recommend this office!

This is the worst Dr. by far! Her nurse L. needs to be fired. We went for a follow up visit today. Dr. Lovell spent a total of 3-5 minutes in the room and POOF out the door she went like the tooth fairy!....We had a question about medicine that we did not get to ask because she is so quick to get out the door. Then the mean nurse called today after our visit and told us Dr. Lovell does not want to see us no more and we would receive a letter in the mail because we didn't make an appointment.

After seeing the reviews here, I could not believe what my experience turned out to be. We (my wife was with me) were greeted about ten minutes early for our appointment by Nurse Lavonne, who was delightful. When Dr. Lovell came in, she was cordial, but got right to the point (for which I was happy; I was not there to talk about the weather). She was professional, thorough, thoughtful, answered all our questions readily, and was very interested in ME! I loved every bit of the process.

My wife has seen Dr. Lovell for years and anyone who has seen her knows she like to use the word angry for the joints inflamed and sore. Very unprofessional and if she knew how bad the pain is maybe she could show a little more compassion.

My husband was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and we went to her twice. Each time she did not act like she really cared what was going on with him. All she wanted to do was prescribe more medication. Not get to the root of the problem. Then last July we received a letter saying she would no longer be my husbands doctor because we had not complied with all their specifications. I called numerous times to see what was going on and no one could tell me. She fired him from being her patient!!!

I recently had an initial appointment with Dr. Tracy Lovell. I found her to be pleasant, patient, and attentive. She listen to my complaints. Explained each symptom to me. Gave me plenty of time to explain my situation and plenty of time to ask questions, which she answered individually. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends as being knowledgeable, professional and approachable.

I have seen Dr. Lovell for 2 years now. She has always been on top of my care. She helped me get a diagnosis and was willing to reach out and discuss my care with the other doctors I was seeing. I have never had a doctor who has gone so far as she has in pursuing a diagnosis and helping me get my health under control. I also feel that she always takes the time to listen to me and any health related issues she looks into. The office staff and nurses are nice but not overly friendly.
