If i can leave a 'Zero Start " i will. This office handle with uneducated front desk assistance person, they are very impolite and unprofessional, to patients especially to elderly. they take advantage to elderly that they cant speak English. They are not a provider and they don't have medical knowledge to give an advise medical treatment without Dr consent, so can never able to make appointment with Dr. I will never come back here again. Im not recommend to anyone to see this Trang Do's clinic. Very disappoint... Nhan vien o van phong Bac Si rat la mat lich su, khong ton trong nguoi lon tuoi, thieu an hoc ma luc nao cung tu khuyen benh nhan dung thuoc ma khong cho gap Bac si. Khi co benh thi moi gap Bac Si , nhung nhan vien khong cho gap Bac Si. Toi Khuen moi nguoi khong can den van phong nay, van co nhieu van phong kkac rat la chuyen nghiep , tan tinh voi benh nhan.

I have been a patient with Dr. Do for 11years. She is the best doctor! The receptionist is not always pleasant, but the care is worth it!

My family have been here for years, and the receptionist always disappoint my family. Every time I wants to make an appointment, they always tries to recommend me some random medicine, i guess they are trying to cut the line short but then again they are not doctor. Very rude manner as always. They even pressing me with why are not you here regularly? Well, because I'm healthy!!!! And when I came for a visit, guess what's my experience is? EXTREMELY POOR!!!!!!
