Every time I go to my doctor's appointment the staff always welcomes me right away you can't get a better staff like Dr Travis has my name is William and I've been a loyal patient Everybody Needs To Go over there for pain management he's the best I love his staff and Dr Von tobel and I share the same birthday only on one day older than him but is techniques what he does to get rid of pain is unbelievable so please give him a call make an appointment to see him if you have any pain cuz he will take care of you and I love that it's a family office love you guys

DR Von is amazing I have struggled with lupus and chronic pancreatitis and for the past few months every few weeks admitted back in the hospital for weeks at a time.After my experience with Dr Von Tobel I was very impressed ?? he's a great doctor and trys his hardest to help me figure out regimens for my pain level.I have referred him to several people. The first visit was very uncomfortable I was told to do things I could no longer do and I explained that to his PA which was an African American guy, he told yes I could do what I was told and during that episode I almost fell with him having to catch me. That same day went to get my med from my pharmacy and they never Prior Authorize 1 of the medication so when the pharmacy called the office the PA cursed them out and hung the phone up, After that I requested someone else for months everything went smooth besides the Spanish MA that worked there.She was very rude,loud and disrespectful as well but I but I guess she was taught well by Dr. Tobel . I ended up having to see him because My regular doctor wasn’t available making have to see him, he treated me like a wasn’t nobody, he wouldn’t let me talk but only to listen to him accused me of having another drug in my urine but also repeatedly made me come back for a pill count, gave me a paper to give to the front desk without explaining

I needed a specialist for spine injuries and head or TMI injuries for workers compensation. I chose to travel an hour and a half to Dr. von Tobel in Tampa to help me with a fall that hurt my neck, back and head. That was the best decision I made. Dr. von Tobel is the best in his field and has exceptional bed side manners. I am always treated with such kindness. He takes time to explain and answers ALL my questions. He makes sure he is giving me the best care possible. I came to him with many problems and he has created a care plan for each one of them. I have researched the information he provided on my care and medical reviews and he has been right-on-point. I have benefited from his determination to help each patient find their way back to the life before their injury. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and very patient. I have personally received exceptional care from Jackie, Cheryl, Racheal, Jennifer, Shannon. I would recommend my loved ones to see Dr. Travis von Tobel.

All that I can say is , "Wow"! in 1992 I was in a horrible accident that resulted in a major surgery and massive rehabilitation. in 2018 the pain had become so extreme due to years of wear and tear. Dr. VonTobel and his staff have been great in working with me to help ease and greatly reduce the pain that I have been enduring without the need for any prescriptions (something I will NOT take). His entire staff has been so polite and has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Great bedside manor. I am thankful to have be in the care of Dr. Von Tobel. My back feels great and I will go back to this doctor if I need to. Thank you.

I got in a car accident back in December and was referred to Dr. Von Tobel as apart of my medical care. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Von Tobel is was very friendly and positive. Dr. Von Tobel is very knowledgeable and is not one of those doctors that just throws pills at you and say I will see you next month. In and out in 5 minutes. I wanted other alternatives because I don't want to take medication. He is focused on your individual needs and is there to help you not make you an addict. I appreciate that he gives you other options than medication cause I want to try and fix the problem not mask it with pills. Thanks!!

Was initially happy with the staff and Dr. von Tobel. The staff was professional and nice. I was taken relatively on time for my consultation appointment and for the epidural injections in my spine. Dr. von Tobel was excellent. However, there was a problem with my follow appointment. I was called into the exam room 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which was fine because 15 minutes late is considered on time for a doctor. The nurse said the doctor would be "right in." I proceeded to wait 45 minutes in the exam room and Dr. von Tobel did not come to speak with me. I went out of the room and asked how much longer it would be before the doctor would see me and did not get an answer from one of the nurses. I said I was in a lot of pain because I was sitting in the exam room for 45 minutes, which is not something that is good for back pain. I told the nurse that it was insensitive and disrespectful for the doctor to keep a patient waiting so long and I was leaving

An absolute pro right here. Truly cares about his patients, the whole staff was outstanding. Was extremely nervous for a procedure and everybody did everything to make me feel extremely comphortable. Best expierence I have ever had with a health professional.

We have been provided by DR. Von Toble for three years. He is a very knowledgeable DR. and has helped both my wife and I with pain free techniques that have made our lives with more pain management free days. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. He to us is more than a doctor, he is our friend.

This place is an absolute joke. If you have real pain avoid this place, they will not help you whatsoever. If you are trying to get your life right and get off opioids but still be treated for pain and be successful AVOID this doctor. By the time I am done he will lose his license.

I'm a retired Hairstylist, due to my fall and injury to my back. After 6 mos. I'm sorry that I waited that long. I thought it would get better, but sorry to say it didn't. I finally went to an orthopedic Dr and they helped me to stand up straight. But the pain was still there. My husband passed away and I moved to Jacksonville to be with family. My Primary Dr recommended Dr Von Tobel. He did 3 progressive procedures and bless his hands an knowledge I'm able to get around wonderfully.

Best treatment from a staff of very professional goup. Looking for a Christian doctor that cares about you. I can't say enough about this office thank God for them an pain free. Highly recommend this Dr von Toble.

I had my 1st appt with him 12/4/18, he put me on meds and I explained I'd need a prior auth. Well, Monday it was time to refill. I called the office told them I needed the p.a. They said they did it. I called ins they stated they haven't received anything. I Called back to say I didn't need to keep the appt since I can't get my meds & I'd reschedule as soon as the prior auth went through he grabbed the phone said I was harassing his staff. He's so rude to his staff including his mom. He's awful.
