After a few weeks of not responding to me about a procedure he did that probably shouldn’t have done, Doc ghosted me and the rest of his patients with a ‘Dear Patient’ letter. Boom! He was gone.

Excellent Dr Poole has been seen my Mother for many years and she is very happy with his knowledge and experience and he is a caring compassionate I highly recommend him, and his staff great customer service!!!

Dr. Poole and Amanda are amazing!!!! I seen him when I was pregnant and was having issues with my gallbladder. They told me I had to wait until after I had the baby to have surgery. I started having abdominal pain again about 4 weeks postpartum. I called his NP Amanda to let her know what was going on. They admitted me to the hospital on a Sunday night. Dr. Poole came to see me Monday morning before he went to his office and explained everything. Surgery/ post op went great with no issues.

My experience with Dr Poole was wonderful! I loved the fact of having the procedure in office. I had to wait for a few minutes..but that was completely understandable considering he's a general surgeon and can get called to the hospital at any time. The receptionist informed me of an emergency and I was completely accepting and understanding. Dr Poole, his PA, and his staff were all very courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I waited two hours and ten minutes to see Dr. Poole. When his PA came into the room, she informed me he had left the office earlier in the morning. He wasn't even in the building!!! I needed to discuss a previous surgery with him prior to my colonoscopy which is why I was there in the first place! When I had my colonoscopy, I wore my street clothes! What happened to wearing a sterile or clean gown??? I didn't even take off my shoes!! Never again!!!

Interactions with the office staff over a period of 6-weeks was outrageous. Unanswered phone calls, no follow-up to phone calls & requests, and no one in the reception area for extended periods of time during office hours. All to get a simple insurance form filled out. There is no concern in this office for customer/patient interface.

Fantastic Surgeon who really cares about the patient, would recommend eyes closed to anybody who needs a surgery be done ,the staff is also great !!!

Dr. Poole is a highly competent and caring surgeon! He genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him without reservation. He has performed two surgeries for me in the past eight years--a Carotid Endarterectomy and a Cholecystectomy (laparoscopic) and two for my husband (hernia repair and removal of a skin cancer on his chest.
