Dr. Trevor Tippets, DPM

First impression as a patient of Dr Trevor Tippetts is that he is a competent, knowledgeable, skilled podiatrist - this is coming from a retired RN with 40 years experience and overworked tired feet. He was friendly, empathetic and, above all, skilled in diagnosing and treating my debilitating condition. I am optimistic that my foot pain and function will improve under his care. As a bonus his support staff were great! I highly recommend this physician.

This doctor has a terrible bedside manner. Spent five minutes with me gave one diagnosis without considering my whole physical picture. Eight days later, I was back in the office.. Office staff was rude., tech took x-rays was very physically aggressive. Five minutes later MD gave another. diagnosis.. Therefore had to go back to PCP in order to go to orthopedics. This entire process has taken a month and a half I still do not have a diagnosis.. the doctor also wanted an MRI, which my insurance will not cover through a specific facility the clinic knew that. the doctor was supposed to call me which did not happen. The referring facility where my insurance is not allowed called me, I had to tell them that I would take the information and check into it. Like I said before patient beware.

Employees different each time, OVER BILLING CHARGES, to Medicare. An hour late on appointment, so I just left. Gave me no explanation. Would not recommend. BEWARE!
