Dr. Espinola has been great to work with and has treated everything I have gone to see her about. I had surgery from her about 2 years ago, which was done quickly, proper, and with no post op issues. I go to her some-what frequently (every 6 months) to follow up on a couple conditions and she always spends a lot of time with me as a patient and answers my questions. I highly recommend her for any ENT issues.

I'm grateful to live in the U.S. and have access to good healthcare. The office staff IS seemingly uninterested in patients. The only time they were nice to me was after a bad surgery post-op experience. Stephanie, her physician's assistant, is great, however!

Dr. Espinola was kind and compassionate during my appointment. Unlike a lot of doctors, she was very down to earth. Thanks to her and the audiologist, I am hearing better than I have in years. Loosing my hearing in my early forties was stressful and I couldn't have chosen a better office!

After the experience making an appointment and the reviews on here I’m going to skip her. Rude secretary, makes you feel guilty for asking for an appointment. I finally made an appointment but I’m going to find me a 4.00 plus rating Doctor not a bad rating doctor.

Office staff is a trouble spot . After several months they were still unable to coordinate successfully with Apria and Blue Shield of CA to obtain my CPAP machine. I finally bought it out of pocket. There is no web or automated phone option for paying office bills. The only options are a paper check or writing your credit card info on a paper form to mail. Called the billing department more than a dozen times over 6 months and always got a recording.

I showed up at 9:45AM for a 10AM appointment. At 12:05PM the doctor still had not showed, so I left. The office staff could not possibly have shown less concern. The office has an incredible lack of respect for its patients' time.

Thought she was very good, until surgery. Was told she is always late, 25 minutes, more anxiety pre-op. Never called to follow up, inspite of a complication post op -- Every other surgeon I've encountered has called, often twice, once on day of surgery and then day following procedure. Very disappointed in lack of compassion, follow up.

Dr. Espinola was the pediatric ENT on call when I took my daughter to the emergency room because her eye was swollen shut. Dr. Espinola did sinus surgery on her, and 24 hours later, you could barely tell that her eye had been in such bad shape the day before! It turns out, Dr. Espinola treated another family member 10 years before who was in a car accident and fixed him all up as well. We are all very grateful for her excellent care!

Trina no longer has the bedside manner she had 25 years ago. She appears to be way too pompous for her own good as she marches around the office stomping like an SS Officer. However; please beware that her billing procedures are unorthodox. She has TWO tax IDs for billing and will use BOTH on your one bill. One for in AND out of network. AND as for her billing "girl", be careful to NOT be able to get a word in as Shannon has taken lessons on talking over any one she cares to intimidate.

I was referred to this Doctor for a biopsy. Instead of biopsy she recommended prescriptions (cost $178.00) use for two weeks and return in six weeks. After returning recommended second prescription (cost $60.00) dollars and once again use for two weeks and return in six weeks. I returned to the Doctor that made the referral and explained the situation. He referred me to another Doctor, saw him within a week and had the biopsy results in nine days.

She has a could not care less attitute. We only saw her in the hospital following surgeries she performed. Prescribed medicine that we did not need. Could not be bothered tp call back to discuss alternatives to performing the 4th surgery, within three year span, which clearly did not work the first three times.
