I had a resident take my ingrown toenail off, but Dr. Shepherd was there to make sure it was done correctly. Both doctors were very professional and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Visited for foot surgery

Dr Shepherd did a fantastic job removing my toenail. I was in a lot of pain with my ingrown toenail and he gave me the options of what could be done, and gave me relief He gave me instructions of how to care for it afterwards. I had a great experience at this office.

I had severe foot pain for about a month. X-rays were taken and then I saw Dr Shepherd. He examined my foot and diagnosed the problem in short time. He recommended an action for me to take which worked wonders, almost immediate relief. A follow-up will be in four weeks.

My visit with Dr Sheppard went really well. Very friendly and professional explaining everything that was going on with my issue. It's hard to feel comfortable when visiting a Dr for me when it's the first encounter because I never know what I'm going to get. I don't know if they're going to be rude and dismissive or friendly and caring. But this visit was easy going and comfortable due to the feeling of genuine care given while I was there. I was talked with and not talked at about everything and it made my visit all the better. Really knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring.

Called for an appointment for my husband who was having heel pain. Had an appointment the same week as I called. Dr. Sheppard took the time to explain everything involved in causing the pain and exactly what to do. Got the correct foot splint and foot cuff right at the office. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My husband is following the instructions and right off finding relief. Thanks everyone.

Dr. Shepherd listened very carefully to my foot history and current problems. I've seen several podiatrists over the years and he's the first to actually listen and offer a course of treatment.

Dr. Shepherd is an amazing dr with a very personal manner. He and his staff are very comforting and friendly. I walked in his clinic limping and after surgery am walking normal. So very thankful for feeling great again.
