Great doctor. I moved an hour away three years ago but continue to drive to Fairfield to to see him. Totally trust him. He knows me.

Dr. Dinh is a very patient doctor when he is consulting his patients. Very knowledgeable with most illnesses and will research symptoms he is not sure of while you're with him. That is where it STOPS! Results from tests, blood work or if you have questions about your illness, you will be at mercy of a medical assistant, not a nurse but a clerk. He lost the personal doctor experience with his patients once his practice grew. If you ask to speak to him too many times, he will drop you.

Dr. Dinh is a great doc and I have no complain. But 1 of his staffs has been causing troubles. She put me on hold for 20mins and forgot about me. Then she filed the claim with wrong account number but blamed me for it (when they made copy of my card and have the # to call). After telling her to call the insurance com she told me "you don't tell me what to do. We call insurance com out of courtesy but we don't have to. If you don't call them you will just owe us $135." This is the same staff.

Dr. Dinh has been my doctor for years. He is very easy to talk to. He is sympathetic and helpful. He makes seeing the doctor easy.
